Wellness is partly to do with lifestyle, partly to do with one’s outlook on life, and in addition it is a philosophy of life, a conscious endeavour for personal existence. It is based on a sense of responsibility, especially for our own health and an all-encompassing quality of life. ”Wellness includes aspects of the physical, mental and spiritual.
